This item from the Khartoum collection is a photograph of the first part of a contract testifying that Saraf bin ʿAziza of Nūr the widow of al-Sharīf Muhammad sold the property that she inherited from her late husband to her partners. It is dated to the 23rd of October 1947 CE. The original is in the National Records Office in Khartoum and is registered with shelfmark Misc 759.
