O’Fahey-samlingen består av manuskripter, notater, korrespondanse og bøker som professor i Sudan-historie ved UiB, Rex Sean O’Fahey, samlet i løpet av feltarbeid i Darfur på 1970-tallet, ulike studie- og forskningsopphold i Khartoum, flere reiser i forskjellige deler av Nord Sudan, og samarbeid med både andre forskere og institusjoner i Sudan (særlig ved National Record Office), og i Europa (særlig Durham Sudan Archive) m.m. Han donerte hele sitt arkiv til UiB i 2013. (Samlingen er under arbeid).
